Public Offer for the Provision of Services

"Site" — the online resource located at zhandosainabek.com.

"Services" — consulting services in the field of information technology, as well as the design and development of websites and applications provided by the Contractor.

"Offer" — this document published on the Site.

"Acceptance" — the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer by paying for the Services.

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Services to the Client in the scope and on the terms agreed by the Parties, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for these Services.

2.2. The list, composition and cost of the Services are defined on the Site in the "Pricing" section and may be additionally agreed by the Parties via correspondence (WhatsApp, Telegram, email) or in a separate invoice.

2.3. The Services are provided remotely using means of communication and the Internet.

3.1. The cost of the Services is stated on the Site in tenge (KZT), which is the settlement currency. Any amount shown in rubles is for reference only.

3.2. Payment is made as 100% prepayment, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, by online payment with a Visa, Mastercard or Mir bank card through the acquiring bank's payment gateway.

3.3. The Client's payment obligation is deemed fulfilled once the funds are credited to the Contractor's settlement account.

3.4. The Contractor applies a special tax regime; the Services are not subject to VAT.

3.5. Payment security is provided by the bank's payment gateway using the 3-D Secure protocol. The Client's bank card data is not transmitted to the Contractor and is not stored on the Site.

4.1. Provision of the Services begins after payment is received and the Parties agree on the assignment.

4.2. Service delivery timelines are agreed individually depending on the scope and complexity of the task.

4.3. Upon completion, the result is delivered to the Client by a convenient means (link, access, files, report).

4.4. The Service is deemed properly rendered if, within 5 (five) business days of the result being delivered, the Client has not sent the Contractor a reasoned written objection.

5.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Services with due quality and within the agreed timelines and to maintain the confidentiality of the information received.

5.2. The Client undertakes to provide the information and materials necessary for the Services in a timely manner and to pay for the Services.

5.3. The Contractor may engage third parties to provide the Services while remaining responsible to the Client.

5.4. The Client warrants that the materials it provides do not infringe the rights of third parties.

6.1. For failure to perform or improper performance of obligations, the Parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.2. The Contractor is not liable for the result failing to match the Client's expectations if the result conforms to the agreed assignment.

6.3. The Contractor's aggregate liability is limited to the cost of the Services paid.

7.1. The terms of refunds are governed by the "Refund Policy" published on the Site, which is an integral part of this Offer.

8.1. By paying for the Services, the Client consents to the processing of their personal data under the "Privacy Policy" published on the Site.

9.1. This Offer is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations and, failing agreement, in court at the Contractor's location.

9.3. The Contractor may unilaterally amend the terms of the Offer by publishing a new version on the Site.
